Edwin Canito was inspired to start this group in the year 2000. His influences and inspiration from the music of Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, Conjunto Libre, and the “FANIA” era of salsa music and traditional jazz artists like Joe Henderson, Miles Davis, Charles Mingus, and many more.
