Singer-songwriter Lexi Onyango presents an intimate evening of music spanning her career thus far with support from Charlotte Bumgarner and Ramsey Thornton.
Lexi Onyango is a Tulsa-native singer, songwriter, and guitarist. With her powerful and affecting voice and vulnerable lyricism, she connects with audiences on a deep emotional level. Her unique perspective on tried and true topics like falling in and out of love, coming of age, and all that those things entail in the modern world. A natural-born songwriter, LEX’s songs reflect eclectic inspirations from Phoebe Bridgers to Kacey Musgraves, and she continues to evolve with each new release. Her Logan Bruhn-produced debut EP ‘NOW’ arrived in 2022. Her acoustic-driven bedroom pop song ‘One Kiss’ landed on Fresh Finds: Indie, while her music has also gained traction on TikTok. Onyango and Bruhn are close collaborators with rising Oklahoma indie pop artist Josh Fudge, who also plays bass in the LEX live show. She is currently preparing her sophomore EP for release late in 2023, with lead singles 'How Does It Feel?,' ‘Manifesto,’ and ‘Vodka Soda’ out now on all platforms.
